As the producer and on-site lead for Barstool Sports Upfront for 2022, I was largely responsible for the on-site execution and fulfillment of venue deliverables.

Communicated with NY-based fabricators to create key set pieces and coordinate stage design before event day,

Managed our coordinators to develop an effective brand ambassador training program and a detailed production schedule and load-in plan.

Responsible for liaising between the venue, the client and our freelance technical producer to ensure the stage show was buttoned up.

Collaborated with lighting, audio, and production design vendors while adhering to union requirements in iconic NYC venues.

Adapted to unique venue requirements and collaborated with high-profile talent, vendors, venues, and influencers.

Worked with marketing and creative teams to ensure production execution aligned with creative briefs and treatments.
