Managed a diverse team of producers, product managers, photographers, videographers, and production assistants to execute a high-profile holiday party + content capture for Amazon in NYC, featuring an influential guest list of 300+.
Built and managed production budgets exceeding $2MM.
Planned, produced, and executed event campaigns, analyzing creative and production decks to identify areas for improvement and reallocate resources for greater impact.
Managed all vendors needed to execute the creative task at hand inclusive of budget negotiations, including but not limited to set designers, photographers, editors, videographers, production partners, and more.
Developed shotlists in collaboration with stakeholders, liaised between content capture freelancers and PR teams to maximize opportunities.
Orchestrated logistics of product and prop ordering, organization, delivery, and return, ensuring on-budget tracking and timely inventory management.
Facilitated effective communication among account executives, clients, and the production team, resulting in on-time, under-budget deliverables.
Maintained a comprehensive database of vendors, photographers, videographers, editors, brand ambassadors, and production assistants in major North American markets.
