Conceptualized a Las Vegas themed NFL pop up event to release a limited edition apparel collection at Super Bowl LVIII.

Duties: Concept and strategy, pre-production, on-site execution, reconciliation.

Conceptualized a Las Vegas-themed NFL pop-up event to release a limited edition apparel collection at Super Bowl LVIII.

  • Developed creative concepts in tandem with the agency Creative Director including but not limited to overall aesthetic and separate moments for each participating brand.

  • Produced all creative from concept to execution.

  • Production/set designed 8000 sqft venue with 5 different Las Vegas-themed vignettes, in addition to a bar and a VIP section.

  • Worked with spatial architects to create accurate renders of the space to inform rental and build decisions, and communicate our vision to the client.

  • Worked with the fabrication team to select materials and props to build out the space.

  • Liaised with brands Urban Necessities, Love, Hand + Heart, and FEATURE to capture their brand aesthetics and ensure we were designing spaces that could effectively display the product offerings on their line sheets.

  • Integrated retail and customization activations from New Era Cap, and NFL retail partner, Legends.

  • Informed the guest journey by creating and maintaining updated floor plans, credentials, signage, check-in/check-out systems, brand ambassador talking points, line cues, security details, and parking plans.

  • Managed all Audio/ Visual and lighting design.

  • Managed all vendors and personnel.

  • Sourced all furniture and props.
